I have a Fender Marcus Miller 4-string Jazz Bass that came stock with a
Leo Quann Badass II bridge. Does anyone know what size Allen wrench is
used to adjust the little string saddle height screws? None of the ones
I have around the house seem to fit, and I'm trying to avoid taking the
bridge apart to carry down to the hardware store. Emails to Leo Quan
company have gone unanswered so far.

I found the answer! In poking around on Fender's web site, I found that
they sell setup tools, including the Allen wrench for the Badass II and
some Fender bridges. Turns out you need a 0.05" Allen wrench to adjust
the saddle height.

Still never heard back from Leo Quan even after a week.

The saddle screws on my, really old, badass II bridge are technically
'grub screws' and are adjusted with a small phillips screwdriver.

I had assumed that mine used a hex wrench, and since I found one that
fits, it must be true. But if I had heard from you first, I might still
be looking for a tiny screwdriver!

I wonder when they changed?

Maybe I just badly munted mine - I'll have a look later.

Or maybe I did. I honestly wouldn't put it past me shoving an allen in there
and making it work without knowing any better.

Well, it required a very strong light and a magnifying glass but I
discovered some things.

My eyes aren't as good as they used to be.

There is a vague hex pattern in some of the screws but it's so badly
engineered that they may as well have been grub screws.

There's something living in some of the adjusters, some sort of fungus.

One adjuster screw contains a broken shard of something I used to adjust
them but which broke off.
